Secondary Stroke Prevention

The Secondary Stroke Prevention Clinic provides patients who are experiencing symptoms of urgent Transient Ischemic Attacks (TIA) and mild strokes with timely access to health care providers specialized in stroke prevention. The Clinic also sees patients that require follow up testing from STEGH’s Integrated Stroke Unit.

There were over 750 visits to the Clinic in 2018.
