St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital Seeks Community Input in Development of Strategic Plan

Published On: November 5, 2018

(St. Thomas, ON) – The St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital (STEGH) is embarking on a journey and you are invited to take part! The hospital is seeking ideas from the community to help guide the development of a new Strategic Plan. This Plan will act as a blueprint to meet the unique and specific healthcare needs of the residents of St. Thomas and Elgin County, and will identify key priorities that STEGH will pursue in order to realize its future aspirations. We are looking to you – our partners in care. Tell us what is working well. Identify what we need to change.

One of the guiding principles to develop this Plan is to Collaborate and Engage. “We’re seeking input from patients, families, and caregivers to share their ideas,” says Robert Biron, President and CEO. “We believe if we leverage our collective wisdom and creativity, we will develop better and innovative solutions that meet or exceed patient, family and caregiver expectations.”

Join us for conversation and refreshments at one of four Community Round Table events, and share your input and ideas about what STEGH should be in the future. Let’s Imagine!
