As part of our Strategic Plan for Partnering with Patients, St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital is committed to actively working towards Calls of Action #18, 21, 22, 23, and 83 in partnership with our Indigenous community partners. We want to acknowledge and express our sincere gratitude to the contributions of the Oneida Nation of the Thames, Chippewas of the Thames First Nation, and Munsee-Delaware Nation to the work we are involved in today pertaining to the developments of our Multi-Faith Space, Indigenous Patient and Family Advisor Recruitment, and Indigenous Navigator Role.
