Preparing for your Outpatient Procedure
Some patients may have a booked surgical procedure and return home the same day. Before your appointment, be sure to review any instructions provided by your referring physician including what to bring/do in preparation for the procedure.
Remember to bring with you:
- Health Card
- List of medications you are taking
- A list of any questions - you may want to write them down to ensure they all get answered
