The
Clinical Nutrition Program provides nutrition assessment,
interventions and education to inpatients and outpatients. The program
does not include outpatients referred to Diabetes Education
Centre. The dietitians are responsible for developing education
programs and teaching materials for patients and staff. The
dietitians critically evaluate the effectiveness of their nutritional
care plans in improving patient outcomes by practice based research
and quality assurance methods.
The
Clinical Nutrition Program is responsible for the coordination
of the following within the Hospital:

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.
- 4:00 p.m.
