You can now send a baby congratulation, or a get well to a loved one who is a patient in our hospital.  Just fill out the form below and click Submit and the message will be delivered to the patient by one of our volunteers.

Please Note:

• Your message will be printed and hand delivered to the patient, Monday through Friday, when volunteers are available.
  
• If the patient is discharged, your message will be discarded without notification to you.
  
• Please note patients cannot reply to your message.
  
• Treat your email as if it were a postcard. Do not include anything in the message that you would not write on a postcard.
